Application Steps

 Interested applicants must complete all steps on the how to apply page. Note that households with more than one applicant (for example: a two-parent family) must have EACH applicant watch the orientation video and complete the quiz. The application process is your first opportunity to demonstrate a willingness to partner, so please help make the process as smooth as possible by completing the steps and collecting all necessary documentation. Location.

The project site is located on E 3rd Ave and Great Western Dr (South of E Ken Pratt Blvd), Longmont.

Layout.

Here is a sample floor plan. The project will consist of 4 homes from the Sugar Mill Project. The homes will be 3–4-bedroom single-family homes.
