The Pride of The Glens Neighborhood Survey
Data Collection

WHAT:  Data Collectors will interview residents using Neighborhood Surveys to measure resident perception of quality of life in their community.  This study will gather demographic information and neighborhood resident feedback.

WHY: Neighborhood surveys will allow The Pride of The Glens in partnership with Habitat for Humanity of the St. Vrain Valley, Habitat for Humanity International, and Community Science to see changes in residents’ perception of their quality of life, based on the foundational and sector outcomes in the Quality of Life Framework, over the next 5 years.

Data from surveys will be used to:

  • Refine future iterations based on co-learning

  • Share with the community, donor, partners for neighborhood planning

  • Determine the impact of the quality of life framework

  • Establish a baseline evaluation for year 3 and year 5 surveys

Habitat for Humanity of St. Vrain Valley launched the Neighborhood Revitalization program in The Pride of The Glens in 2015 to better meet the aspirations of that community and expand our home building and home repair efforts to serve more families. Habitat offers an array of housing services and partners with local residents, housing leaders, community groups, and businesses to transform neighborhoods and enhance the quality of life in communities.
